Do you want help with your exercise programming when you are not in the barn?

Let’s chat! I program workouts to follow according to your preferences and space available to you. (home gyms, public gyms or no gym!) Programming begins with a conversation about your goals and follow up along the way to make sure you stay on track. Each program will consist of 3-4 days per week of individual programming in 6 week blocks. Offered at $150 per 4 week block. The program will be sent to you via email to either print out to use in the gym or off your phone. TruCoach app programming is $85 per 4 week block with free access to the app to follow along with your programming. This includes support with me via the app and videos to help better understand particular exercises.

Group TruCoach app programming consists of strength training workouts 3 days per week monthly cost $40. These are not individualized although my support is available through the app.
