Our Classes

Small Group training

Small group training consists of a combination of cardio and strength exercises is a circuit style format. We will utilize equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and medicine balls along with the Concept bike, Concept Rower and assault bike. All movements come with modifications and participants are watched closely for form. Maximum 6 per class. Cost is $25.

Strength Class

The strength classes consist of smaller groups with a maximum of 3 to keep the group intimate. Class is 50 minutes with a focus on strength and form. We will use a combination of barbells and heavier dumbbells to accomplish your goals. Cost is $35.

Personal Training

One on One personal training 60 minute session. Training will be tailored to your fitness goals with ongoing nutrition support. Cost is $85 for one hour. Packages are available.
