Welcome to Katama Fitness!

Come work out at our rustic barn space where you can hear the ocean and feel the sea breeze. Whether you are vacationing at Martha’s Vineyard for a week or two, spend your summers here or live here year round, we can accommodate you!

Each 60 minute small group class consists of a variety of equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls and jump ropes. We also utilize machines such as a Concept rower, Concept bike and Assault bike. Classes are programmed with modifications in mind to enable each member to work to their own capability. Focus is on cardiovascular and strength work combined in a fun and energetic class. Space is limited to 6 participants

Each 50 minute Strength class uses equipment such as barbells and heavier dumbbells to achieve your strength training goals. Space is limited to 3 participants.
